Audiovisual Equipment

Policy regarding the use of the Library's audiovisual equipment by the public

DVDs are loaned for a period of seven days.  All audiovisual equipment is loaned for two days.

Patrons borrowing equipment must be 18 years of age or older and possess a current library card.  All fines must be cleared before materials will be loaned.  Patrons of all ages may borrow G-rated movies.  Patrons must be 18 years of age or older to borrow movies that are rated PG, PG-13, R, or movies that are unrated.

Any equipment not returned by the date and time due will carry a late fee of $5.00 per day.  Adult movies have the same policy except the charge will be $1.00 per day.  Children's G-rated movies carry a $.10 per day late fee.  All fines must be paid before checking out additional materials.  If equipment and/or media are repeatedly returned late or damaged the patron will lose audio-visual borrowing privileges.
