Digital Resources Only Library Card

While our library is physically closed due to COVID-19 precautions, we want to make our digital resources more easily available to those residents of our service area who do not already have a Perry Public Library card. Sign up for a Digital Resources Only Card to access all of our digital resources including eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, movies, online classes, and more.

Fill out the online application form to the left. Your digital card information will be emailed to you within 24 hours once approved and entered into our system.

Perry Public Library Card - all materials including digital resources

Use your library card to check out a wide variety of materials such as books, magazines, DVDs, CDs, audiobooks, eMedia and more. A library card also grants you access to databases and entertainment.

Fill out the online application and then stop by the Perry Public Library and present photo identification, such as a driver's license, showing your name and current address. If the photo ID does not include the current address, other documentation must be provided. If you apply online, please allow 24-48 hours for processing your request.

Minor children must have a parent or guardian sign their application form.

Full library privileges will be granted upon receipt of a library card following a probationary period.

Library cards are issued for a period of one year.  Upon expiration, the card may be renewed after registration information is verified, and charges, if any, are paid.

Initial library cards are free, but there is a charge for a replacement card.  The current charge is $4.

Cards are to be used by the card holder only.Library Card.jpg
